Here’s this week’s sum up of events.
Goal: Quickly draw 1 panel a night capping the days events before drifting off to sleep.
I’m thinking I might start doing something more substantial comic wise… maybe something with a story arc that more people can fallow.

Would of posted one last week, but dang that was a bad week.
Still figuring out a format.
So I’ve decided I’m going to start a kind of a sketch journal / comic. My goal is once a day draw a single panel summarizing that day, be it actual events or just a cool idea I had, then at the end of the week (Sunday) post it here and on my deviantart page . This kind of adheres to the drawing routine I already have, but at the same time makes me look less lazy as it will be something postable (as most of my sketches I haven’t taken out of my sketch book lately).
If anything this may inspire me to go have a more exciting life due to the possible monotone possibilities that make start to occur.
Anyways, I pretty much have a rule, don’t post with out posting an image, so here is a quick photo I took of my sketchbook sitting on my desk.

Haven’t updated the blog in a while, work has been a bit busy and I’ve been playing with my portfolio a little bit. Hopefully have some major updates in a couple months.
So I just installed the wordpress ap on my new iphone… FYI I’ll probably be posting much, much, much more frequently. 
I recently moved back to Savannah to start my career as a systems administrator for Savannah College of Art and Design. It’s a pretty good setup, I’m around people I like, I’m doing work that I’m pretty good at, and I’m around a community of people who are artistically focused.
As of now I have a new apartment, a new scooter, and a significantly sized student loan bill I should be able to start paying off. I’m also looking to start doing some freelance work on the side to help supplement my income, such as web design, illustration commissions, and possibly some consulting work.
ALSO, let us not forget the Break Anthology, which has had it’s first deadline erased and moved back to August 4th… SO if you’re still interested in joining in on the fun NOW is the time to goto the site and show some interest!

So it’s been quite sometime since my last update, I have to be honest I’ve been a bit preoccupied trying to find work.
It’s starting to look like I may be going back to Savannah with in a month or so, the details I can’t go into that deep as it’s not confirmed, but so far it’s looking good. Right now I’m doing some contract work with a small computer consulting company doing websites and other various tech related things which are helping to pay the bills.
As for my sanity, some friends and I have decided we will be putting an anthology together with it’s debut being at SPX this year. The book is going to be called “Break” with a theme revovling around the world “break” or variations like “brake”, “broke”, or “broken”. I’m pretty excited about this project as it seems like it’s going to have a decent turn out with some awesome artists contributing.
